REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
The FOOTJERSEY STORE guarantees the buyer the right to exchange or return product(s) under the following conditions:
Contacting the Store
To request an exchange or return, you must contact the store within 30 days of receiving the product. This is in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which regulates distance and off-premises contracts.
Product Condition
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, or broken tags. We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or have broken tags, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Incorrect Product
If the product received is different from the one selected at the time of purchase, it is eligible for exchange or return.
Manufacturing Defects
If the product has any manufacturing defects that affect its functionality, it can be exchanged or returned.
Personalized Products
If a personalized product presents errors or defects related to the requested personalization, we will accept an exchange or return. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products due to change of mind, as per applicable legislation.
